In Jan 2012 I joined in railways as sr. section er. after being declared successful in written exam and medical exam. in march 2012 i applied for Engg services examination conducted by UPSC. I was declared successful in written and interview but in medical exam held on 19.07.2013 railways declared me unfit. after appeal against it I waited for more than 4 months for the result but to no response from railways despite providing fitness certificate of Fortis hosapital chandigarh. CMC Chandigarh, and PGI Chandigarh. on 17.01.2014 I appealed in high court of Pb and Hry at Chandigarh, in which one post was blocked till outcome of case. I provided the copy to rly board through registered post on 22.01.2014 which reached on 24.01.2014. on 24.01.2014 result of appellate medical board was dispatched from railways board( it was dated 22.01.2014). declaring me unfit. after case went on it was withdrawn on 14.11.2014 for non maintainability in High Court. I filed it in Central admin. tribunal Chandigarh and it was lingered on by railways by taking 5 extensions and finally submitting reply on 11.03.2015 (reply was dated 23.02.2015). on 07.05.2015 case was decided with direction of court that:- a fresh medical will be carried out by railways, considering the medical reports submitted by candidate and also the tribunal quashed earlier results of medical boards, saying that doctors declared me unfit in a casual manner and without application of mind. on 01.07.2015 I was declared fit for all services by railways. on 20.07.2015 I inquired Ministry of water resources( i was allocated the CWES, comes under MoWR) about by appointment. I was told that post has been filled up as no communication has been done regarding my case by railways board. hence I apprised railway board about the same but to no reply. On 29.07.2015 i wrote a letter to Under secretary E-I MoWR regarding issuing of appointment letter, no reply till date. on 10.08.2015 and 09.09.2015 wrote again to the MoWR but again to no response. Then I asked for information through RTI and I was given no response except that the concerned file is not with the ministry and hence no information can be given. For more htan past 2 years I am sufering because of negligence and irresponsible attitude of doctors of railways, then railway board staff and now MoWR for no fault of me. I have been deprived of my right to work in the services for 2 years, the monetary benefits. Also the harassment I have face because of these is unbearable now.
